【Improvements and Bug Fixes】

1. Adjust the opening time for Cross-server Faction Battle to the first Monday of the third week every month

2. Cross-server flowers records in local channel can be blocked via FX block control

3. You can now tap the costume box at EXCH Pavilion event to preview the costume

4. If you already own a decor, the decor box Exch button at EXCH Pavilion event will be gray and you can not exchange again

5. Change the name of epic costume Cyan Dream to Cyan Land

6. Other corrections of translations and bug fixes
