Positioning:
Powerful Heal
Skill Information:
[Active] Solitary Desert Lv.1: Princess Wencheng plays the flute, increasing all allies' HP by 15.5% of her current HP, plus 82 bonus HP.
[Passive] Flying Geese Lv.1: Princess Wencheng has a 50% chance to restore 12% of her Maximum HP for every basic attack. (Unlock at Upgrade+4)
It is clear to see that Wencheng's active skill is the same as the Fabled Hero Wan'er's, which restores all allies' HP by the HP percentage of the casting hero. The higher Wencheng's HP is, the more powerful Wencheng's restoring ability will be. The passive skill is also powerful and strong: Wengcheng can heal herself probably every 2 rounds, which means her surviving ability can compete with those Tanks.
It is wise for you to raise Wencheng's HP attribute instead of other attributes, because you can get the highest return by increasing her HP.
Equipment:

If it is hard for you to collect the Purity & Violet Sets, you don't need worry. You can just equip Wencheng with high-quality or high-Might equipments, but remember, high HP attribute first.
Treasure:
The Destiny Treasure of Wencheng is Fan. The Treasure's basic attributes are Health and Evasion, and the Destiny Attribute is Attack.
Choose Treasures with Epic quality and above to equip her.
Gem:

Embattle:
As is said, Wencheng's surviving ability can compete with those Tanks. So you can place Wencheng at the front-line as a Tank with healing ability.
