Unfortunately, our recent negligence and poor management have led to an increase in problems. We have received all your feedback and suggestions, and we want you to know that your voice has been heard. We value your opinions greatly and feel so grateful that even in a time like this, you still haven’t given up on us. Once again, we would like to express our sincere apologies and gratitude to all of you.


On January 15 (UTC+8), the flowers contained in Zhuge Liang Summoning Special Pack and Zhuge Liang Summoning Super Pack were withdrawn for those who purchased those packs. Our processing staff failed to see its impact, and rashly deducted the items without giving a clear account of the situation. Fortunately, we immediately realized the seriousness of the problem and made it our top priority to handle the problem. After a lot of discussion, we realized that we must perfect our processing procedures. Therefore, we actively communicated with the players to get a better understanding of their needs. Although we tried our best to solve the problem and balance the game data, not only we neglected to inform you of the processing progress in time, but also the compensation was way too far compared to the loss and the bad feelings caused. We understand that in such a situation, anger and confusion would rise. We feel deeply sorry about our delayed notification, and the problems it has caused.


The unfortunate situation this time is a reminder to us that we should always reflect and improve. How to create a better game environment, how to make the game better, how to further improve the operating of Royal Chaos... It’s never too late to fix the mistakes. And we definitely will fix them.


After all the data and issues are dealt with, from January 20 to January 31 (UTC +8), we will continue to launch Log-in Bonus, Bonus Exchange, Red Packets, Costume Rewards and other events. In the subsequent events, we will value the needs of the players more, and increase the launches of bonus events.
